The second surgery live broadcast of the 3rd Sino-German International Orthopedic Summit (Global Live Surgery Broadcast) will be held on September 22nd at Health City Campus, Zhengzhou Orthopedics Hospital.

At 9:00-11:00 am on September 22nd, Professor Hildebrand, Chair of the Department for Orthopedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery, RWTH Aachen University Hospital and President of President of European Society of Trauma and Emergency Surgery, will conduct a live surgery demonstration with Prof. WANG Aiguo, Chief Specialist of Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital and Prof. LI Xinghua, Director of the Lower Extremity Orthopedics Department, Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital to exchange and discuss surgical treatment concepts and techniques of Ortho Trauma Suegery. All orthopaedic colleagues are invite to watch the live surgery broadcast online.

From Sept. 18 to Sept. 22, Prof. Hildebrand, Chair of the Department for Orthopedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery, RWTH Aachen University Hospital and President of President of European Society of Trauma and Emergency Surgery, visits Zhengzhou Orthopedics Hospital as an international visiting professor and conducts a series of academic exchanges in the hospital, including outpatient clinics, ward rounds, surgical guidance, surgical practices, internal training in the department, discussion on the management of the department, discussion on the key and difficult cases, and the masters' open class.

Patient-Wang Yanping, female, 60 years old.She was admitted to the hospital on 14 September 2023 with the chief complaint of "pain and limited movement of the left knee joint for 2 hours after a fall. She was then sent by her family to Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital for treatment.

After admission to the department, relevant examinations were conducted, and drugs for reducing swelling, pain relief and thrombosis prevention were applied.
