
仁醫醫療2025年工作完美收官。2018年世界微創脊柱大師Mayer 教授與彭見平女士在中國廣州共同創立了仁醫醫療。作為一家中德合資企業,我們最強的能力是在互聯網平臺的運營能力。我們在微信公眾號、視頻號中英文等共計16個平臺進行了全球宣傳。共計發布900個視頻,264個圖文,80篇專業文章。全球累計3698萬人次觀看。2025年有2963位優秀青年醫生從中國96個城市968家醫院主動來聯系了我們。他們正是中國醫院的星火。只要星火不滅,中國醫療就有希望。11月15日至16日仁醫醫療在中國紹興成功舉辦了第五屆中歐醫院管理學科建設人才培養全球論壇。微信公眾號2.2萬閱讀量,中英文直播間共計來自19個國家29.6萬人次觀看。我們國際公共關系部門同事給歐洲8個國家42個學科186位世界著名專家寫了近2.6萬封郵件。1月、2月、6月和11月仁醫醫療四人團隊從廣州到慕尼黑長達56天面對面累計拜訪了近16家德國著名醫院共計128位世界關鍵學術領袖。我們四次奔赴德國,在著名醫院面對面為中國百家三甲醫院現場辦公。解決醫院和醫生的重重困局。50位世界著名大師來到中國三甲醫院開展國際客座教授工作。50位優秀的青年醫生來到德國最著名的大學附屬醫院跟隨W3級別的教授開展臨床醫學MD博士學習以及博士后研究。今年有98篇科研文章在世界各級期刊發表。我們全年召開了313場中歐閉門會議,為每家三甲醫院為每位優秀醫生答疑解惑。我們國際公共關系部門同事輔導了38位醫生的英文學習計劃。50位醫生的科研計劃。我們有31位優秀的青年醫生2025年5月獲得國家公派留學CSC獎學金。我們有32位中國醫生到德國著名醫院進行了3至6個月的訪問學習。這7年時間我們已與12位德國國家科學院院士建立了深度合作。2025年仁醫醫療市場部團隊線下拜訪了156家中國三甲醫院,我們與3657位中國醫院書記和院長、各學科帶頭人、各行政部門負責人和優秀的青年醫生面對面討論三大頂層設計。從2024年11月開始,中國三甲醫院開創與德國著名科學家開展了科研合作的先河。今年我們落地了24個中德學科交流中心。中國不缺醫院,中國缺有系統化運營的醫院。中國不缺醫生,中國缺有良知的醫生。我們想做大事,做很大很大的大事。我想我們的工作可以讓中國醫療變得更好,可以讓中國醫院變得更好,可以讓中國醫生變得更好,只有他們變得更好,人民的健康才有了保障。2025年12月的廣州,陽光正好,微風不燥。站在街角,我們雙肩溫暖。只要睜眼看過這個世界的人,就會明白我們從來不會依賴任何人,我們有專家的優勢,我們有學科的優勢,我們有科研的優勢,我們有人才的優勢,我們有英文的優勢。我們可以整合中歐所有有價值的醫療資源。我們可以完成世界上任何一件困難的事情。2026年仁醫醫療將有更好的表現,希望大家拭目以待。我們每天寫3000文字,每年寫100萬的文字獻給中國三甲醫院。
Gloryren has successfully wrapped up its work in 2025. Gloryren was co-founded by Prof. Mayer, a World-class Master in minimally invasive spine surgery, and Ms. Juin Peng in Guangzhou, China in 2018. As a Sino-German joint venture, our greatest strength is cross-platform online operations. We carried out global promotions across 16 platforms, including WeChat Official Accounts and WeChat Video Channels (in both Chinese and English). A total of 900 videos, 264 posts with images, and 80 articles were published. These materials reached 36.98 million viewers globally. In 2025, 2,963 excellent young doctors from 968 hospitals across 96 cities in China reached out to us. These doctors are the spark of Chinese hospitals. As long as there is still a single spark, there is still hope for China's healthcare. From November 15th to 16th, Gloryren successfully hosted the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation in Shaoxing, China. Our WeChat Official Account had 22,000 views, and our bilingual live stream was viewed by a total of 296,000 people from 19 countries. Colleagues from the Dept. of International Public Relations sent nearly 26,000 emails to 186 world-renowned experts from 42 specialties across 8 European countries. In January, February, June and November, the team of four from Gloryren traveled from Guangzhou to Munich and spent a total of 56 days on site, conducting face-to-face visits to 16 leading hospitals in Germany and meeting with 128 world-leading key academic leaders. We made four trips to Germany, working directly with top hospitals to help resolve critical challenges faced by Chinese Grade-Three Class-A hospitals and doctors. Fifty world-renowned masters came to Chinese Grade-Three Class-A hospitals as international visiting professors. Fifty excellent young doctors came to Germany’s most renowned university hospitals to pursue their MD degrees and postdoctoral research under the supervision of W3-level professors. This year, 98 research articles were published in journals at all levels worldwide. Throughout the year, we hosted 313 Sino-Euro online internal meetings, providing in-depth consultation and guidance to every Chinese Grade-Three Class-A hospital and every excellent doctor. Our International Public Relations team coached 38 doctors on their English learning plans and supported 50 doctors in developing their research projects. Thirty-one excellent young doctors received the Scholarship from China Scholarship Council for Studying Abroad in May 2025. Thirty-two Chinese doctors visited Germany’s top hospitals for 3 to 6 month fellowship programs. Over the past seven years, we have established in-depth collaborations with 12 fellows of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina. In 2025, the Dept. of Marketing of Gloryren paid visits to 156 Grade-Three Class-A hospitals across China, engaging in face-to-face discussions with 3,657 secretaries of the party committee of the hospital, presidents, department heads, administrative leaders, and excellent young doctors on the three major elements of the top-level design, Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation. Starting in November, 2024, Chinese Grade-Three Class-A hospitals have pioneered scientific research collaborations with renowned German scientists. This year, we launched 24 Sino-German Specialty Communication Centers. China does not lack hospitals; it lacks hospitals with systematic operations. China does not lack doctors; it lacks doctors with conscience. We aspire to do great things, very great things. We believe our work can make Chinese healthcare better, Chinese hospitals stronger, and Chinese doctors better. Only when they improve can the health of the people truly be safeguarded. In Guangzhou, December 2025, the sunshine is just right and the breeze is gentle. Standing at the street corner, our shoulders are warm. Anyone who has truly opened their eyes to the world will understand that we never rely on anyone else. We have the advantage of experts, the advantage of specialties, the advantage of research, the advantage of talent, and the advantage of English proficiency. We can integrate all valuable medical resources across China and Europe. We can accomplish any difficult task in the world. Gloryren will perform even better in 2026, and we hope to see what the future holds.
