6月12日仁醫醫療三人團隊前往德國吉森大學生物醫學研究中心，拜訪吉森大學醫院泌尿外科、小兒泌尿外科與男科學主任Wagenlehner教授，以及泌尿外科與男科實驗室負責人Schagdarsurengin教授及其團隊。當我們到達吉森大學生物醫學研究中心時，Schagdarsurengin教授和博士生朱醫生親自到樓下迎接。教授親自帶著我們參觀了整座生物醫學研究中心——這座研究中心不僅外觀現代、設施先進，也是吉森大學在生物醫學領域國際化、交叉創新的重要樞紐，匯聚了基礎、臨床與轉化研究，并承擔了醫學生的科研課程教學。隨后，Schagdarsurengin教授親自向我們介紹了泌尿外科與男科研究實驗室的布局、研究方向及正在進行的各項項目，科研氛圍濃厚，團隊協作緊密。參觀結束后，朱醫生用中英文雙語，向Wagenlehner教授團隊及仁醫醫療團隊匯報了他自2025年2月來德后的博士課題進展。他的匯報內容深入，條理清晰。在正式匯報前，他已跟Schagdarsurengin教授多次演練打磨。兩位教授都給予高度評價，認為他的匯報科學性強，表達精準。僅僅4個月的時間，他的科研思維、表達方式和對課題的深入理解已經脫胎換骨。令人欣慰的是，在兩位教授的全力支持和指導下，他也已以吉森大學在讀博士生身份，成功獲得2025年度中國國家留學基金委（CSC）獎學金資助。會談結束后，Wagenlehner教授邀請我們共進晚餐，地點就選在醫院附近一家傳統餐廳。這家餐廳坐落在吉森市中心，以有機化學之父、諾貝爾化學獎得主李比希命名，他曾在吉森大學擔任教授長達28年，推動了化學與生命科學的發展，也奠定了吉森大學“生命科學名?！钡牡滋N。Wagenlehner教授將在2025年11月13日重返中國，他將在中國紹興出席2025第五屆中歐醫院管理學科建設與人才培養全球論壇。繼續為中德醫學教育和人才培養貢獻力量。這個6月的拜訪，讓我們看到一個德國導師團隊對一個中國醫生傾盡全力的指導，也讓我們看到了朱醫生在這樣溫暖而嚴格的科研環境中迅速成長。希望中國能看到吉森大學附屬醫院，這座可愛、寧靜卻始終專注于學術與創新的德國大學附屬醫院。

On June 12, the team of three from Gloryren went to the Biomedical Research Centre Seltersberg (BFS) at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, to visit Prof. Wagenlehner, Director of the Department of Urology, Pediatric Urology, and Andrology at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, as well as Prof. Schagdarsurengin, Head of Andrological-Urological Research Laboratories of Department of Urology, Pediatric Urology and Andrology, and their team. Upon our arrival at the Biomedical Research Centre Seltersberg (BFS), Prof. Schagdarsurengin and Doctor Zhu, a doctoral student, kindly greeted us in person at the entrance. Prof. Schagdarsurengin led us on a tour of the entire biomedical research center—a modern facility with advanced equipment, serving as a key hub for internationalization and interdisciplinary innovation in biomedical research at Justus-Liebig University Giessen. It integrates basic, clinical, and translational research and undertakes scientific research courses for medical students. Subsequently, Prof. Schagdarsurengin personally introduced to us the layout, research directions, and ongoing projects of the Andrological-Urological Research Laboratories of Department of Urology, Pediatric Urology and Andrology. The laboratory boasts a vibrant academic atmosphere with close team collaboration. After the tour, Doctor Zhu delivered a presentation in both Chinese and English on the progress of his doctoral research since his arrival in Germany in February 2025 to Prof. Wagenlehner and his team and the team of Gloryren. His report was in-depth and well-structured. Before the formal presentation, he had rehearsed and refined the report multiple times with Prof. Schagdarsurengin. Both professors highly acknowledged his presentation for its scientific rigor and precise expression. In just four months, his research thinking, way of expression, and in-depth understanding of the thesis project had undergone a remarkable transformation. It is gratifying to note that with the full support and guidance of the two hosting professors, he successfully obtained the 2025 China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship as a doctoral student at Justus-Liebig University Giessen. After the meeting, Prof. Wagenlehner invited us to dinner at a traditional restaurant near the hospital. Located in the center of Giessen, the restaurant is named after Justus von Liebig, the father of organic chemistry and Nobel laureate in Chemistry, who served as a professor at Justus-Liebig University Giessen for 28 years. He promoted the development of chemistry and life sciences and laid the foundation for Justus-Liebig University Giessen’s reputation as a "prestigious institution in life sciences." Prof. Wagenlehner will come to China again on November 13, 2025, to attend the 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2025 in Shaoxing, China to share his insights in Sino-German medical education and talent development. This visit allowed us to witness the dedicated guidance of a hosting team towards a Chinese doctoral student, as well as Doctor Zhu’s rapid growth in such a nurturing yet rigorous research environment. We hope that Chinese colleagues will have a deeper understanding of Justus-Liebig University Giessen—a lovely, serene German university hospital that remains steadfastly focused on academia and innovation.
